Description

A Mouse Polr2a FISH probe is a molecular tool to detect and visualize the Polr2a RNA and gene locus in mouse tissues or cells. This probe is labeled with ATTO-647N dyes that specifically bind to the mRNA of the Polr2a gene, allowing for the observation of its expression and localization within cells or tissue sections. The kit contains all the necessary reagents and other materials to enable you to perform in situ hybridization with the mouse Polr2a FISH probe for up to 25 tests or 100 tests.
