Description

The human Desmin FISH probe, labeled with ATTO565 dye, is designed to hybridize specifically to the Desmin RNA and gene locus in cells or tissues. Desmin is a 53 kDa intermediate filament protein primarily expressed in muscle tissues, playing a crucial role in maintaining the structural integrity and function of muscle cells. The kit contains all the necessary reagents and other materials to allow you to perform in situ hybridization with the human Desmin FISH probe for up to 25 tests or 100 tests.
