Description

The human SERPINA1, labeled with ATTO565 dye, is designed to specifically hybridize to the SERPINA1 mRNA and gene locus in human cells and tissues. The SERPINA1 gene encodes alpha-1 antitrypsin (AAT), a major plasma serine protease inhibitor that plays a crucial role in protecting tissues from enzymes of inflammatory cells, especially neutrophil elastase. The kit contains all the necessary reagents and other materials to allow you to perform in situ hybridization with the human SPERINA1 FISH probe for up to 25 tests or 100 tests.
