Description

The human NHF4A FISH probe, labeled with ATTO647N dye, is designed to hybridize specifically to the HNF4A RNA and gene locus in human cells and tissues. HNF4A is a transcription factor crucial for the regulation of genes involved in liver metabolism, glucose homeostasis, and the development of the pancreas and other tissues. The kit contains all the necessary reagents and other materials to allow you to perform in situ hybridization with the human HNF4A FISH probe for up to 25 tests or 100 tests.
