Overview

      ExoPura® Basic Exosome Purification Column Kit is designed for the isolation and purification of exosome vesicles from   

     highly clarified, non-complex biological samples (e.g., cell supernatant, clarified milk). The ExoPura® Basic column utilizes size   

     exclusion technology, separating particles based on size as they pass through a column filled with porous polysaccharide resin. 

     Under the influence of gravity, larger particles elute first, while smaller particles enter the resin pores during their descent, 

    delaying their elution. The column is composed of solid resin (stationary phase) and liquid buffer (mobile phase). No chemical 

    interactions occur between the particles and the resin, ensuring stability and reproducibility in separation.

    This kit features rapid processing, high efficiency, and high-purity exosome recovery. It is suitable for various applications,   

    including electron microscopy, NTA particle size analysis, nucleic acid analysis, protein analysis, cell-based experiments, and  

    animal studies. Utilizing size exclusion technology, it is applicable to the separation and purification of exosome vesicles in non- 

    complex biological samples with high clarity (such as cell supernatants, clarified milk, etc.), and it is reusable.

    Note: This kit is an exosome purification kit only and does not concentrate samples. It requires the use of an exosome extraction  

    kit or other methods for sample concentration pre-treatment.
